The scope of work consists of designing the management office on the Ground Floor of the tower and the remodeling of the Third and Fourth Floors into food & beverage facilities. The design concept is to reflect two words: “Jewel” and “Park”. The jewel is depicted with the geometric lines and straight cuts of ergonomic shapes. The green environment reflects the freshness of a park in a modern mood.
