The objective of the project is to upgrade the condition and look of the common areas in 12 buildings including entrance lobbies, corridors, and public toilets in addition to a Food Court.  The design solution reflects a contemporary environment that caters to the multi-national institutes, operating from DIAC.  The accuracy of the design documents and the prompt management in executing the work are key elements in the success of the project.
