Design Statement:
The scope of work is to design and execute a luxury villa for a member of the KSA Royal Family. The responsibility of DESiGN DESiGN LLC. includes the architectural settings and divisions of all enclosures since the villa is handed over to the owner on a “shell & core” basis. The design concept is one of a post-modern aspect yet reflects the grandiose of a classical design. The luxury “look and feel” is achieved by a minute attention to details as well as by the exquisite selection of finishing materials and furniture.
