The project aims to ameliorate the leased area of approximately 10,831 m² (116,580 sq.ft.) to house 1800 employees at building A3 in Dubai Commercity (DCC), Dubai. The design, developed pursuing the DCC standards, is carefully composed to accommodate the logistic components and equipment which are necessary to secure a functional operation.  Special attention is given to electro-mechanical installations taking into consideration the constraints of the base-built architecture and the regulations of the concerned authorities.
