4. What warranties do you provide after handover?
We provide a one year defects liability period covering workmanship, MEP systems and finishes. Emergency defects are attended to within 24 hours while regular issues are scheduled within 48 hours.

Each stone slab is unique, so we share high-resolution photos of full slabs and provide 8 x 20 cm samples. This way, you can assess the color, veining and texture confidently without visiting the warehouse.
